I've spent the whole f**ing morning trying to get this pos installer to work! This worked for me, I was finally able to log in after 1.5 days of failed attempts. The first time it crashed for me the download started all over from 0%, but the next 3 times it continued from where it crashed. Just go to the task manager, kill agent.exe again, delete \ProgramData\ again, and restart launcher.
